This page has links to all of the iPad firmware, Jailbreaking and Unlocking files that you might need. This page is updated as new software or firmware becomes available. For many of these files you will need a torrent client. I recommend uTorrent for Mac OS X or Windows PC.
I have tried to include direct links for all of the firmware files here however.
NOTE: Do not download these files from Safari without disabling the auto-unzip feature! They are recognized as archives by OS X but they are not in fact archives. I recommend downloading via Firefox or another browser.
