On August 5, 2015, our institute and the Architectural Design Institute of China Construction Co., Ltd. held a strategic agreement signing ceremony in Meeting Room 8 on the 3rd
floor of Building No. 1 of the Beijing Architectural Design Institute of China Construction Co., Ltd. President Fang Fei of our institute and Chairman Wen Bing of the Architectural Design Institute of China Construction Co., Ltd., together with the members of leading groups on both sides attended the agreement signing ceremony.
The agreement signing ceremony was chaired by Deputy General Manager Long Haixia of the Architectural Design Institute of China Construction Co., Ltd. The agreement involves many fields such as talent cultivation, academic exchange, technical cooperation, project cooperation, product R&D and market development, resource integration, etc. between both parties.
The Architectural Design Institute of China Construction Co., Ltd. (shortened as “China Institute” with English logo CADG) is affiliated to a large pillar technology enterprise, China Construction Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. under the SASAC. Its predecessor was a design company founded in 1952 directly under the central government, and later on, it became a state-owned large construction designing enterprise when it was merged with the Architectural Design Institute under the former Ministry of Construction and the former China Construction Technology Institute. The main business of the “China Institute” covers the whole processes of fixed assets investment activities like construction preparatory consultation, planning, design, engineering management, project supervision, special project contracting, environment and energy conservation assessment, etc.
During the cooperation period, both parties will establish a regular communication mechanism between competent leaders in charge of business development of both sides and a regular exchange mechanism between business development divisions of both sides, forming a three-level collaboration like working groups to specifically expand business scopes for the purpose of advantage supplementary, mutual benefit and win-win.
