Strategic Cooperation Agreements Signed between Our Institute and the Beijing Taining Kechuang Rainwater Utilization Technology Co., Ltd. and the Beijing Zhufu Group

 On August 5, 2015, President Fang Fei, Deputy President Cui Kai, Deputy President Wang Haoyu, assistants to the President Liu Zhisheng, and Yu Shuli, went to Beijing to sign strategic cooperation agreements with the Beijing Taining Kechuang Rainwater Utilization Technology Co., Ltd. and the Beijing Zhufu Group respectively.

 President Fang Fei of our institute and Chairman Pan Xiaojun of the Beijing Taining Kechuang Rainwater Utilization Technology Co., Ltd. signing a strategic cooperation agreement.
 During the five-year strategic cooperation period, our institute and the Beijing Taining Kechuang Rainwater Utilization Technology Co., Ltd. will be engaged in collaborations in the following aspects: talent exchange, technical cooperation, project cooperation, product R&D and marketing, resource integration, etc. on the basis of equality and voluntarism for the purpose of mutual benefits and win-win. During the cooperation period, both parties will establish multi-level cooperation mode and coordination mechanism, like general managerscommunication mechanism, communication mechanism among managers in charge of business development, regular exchange mechanism among business development departments, work groups for specific expansion work fields, etc.

 Founded in the Changping Park Zone of the Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park in April 2003, the Beijing Taining Kechuang Rainwater Utilization Technology Co., Ltd. always insist on the road of independent innovation ever since its inception. Currently, the company has formed its business patterns with comprehensive utilization system of rainwater as the mainaccompanied with drainage system at the same level. The company is based on such high technologies of proprietary intellectual property rights as the Taining siphonic roof outlet, the suspension system, the permeation-drainage integration, etc. It has achieved breakthrough research results in the comprehensive utilization of rainwater technology and the same-level drainage technology, and it has fully realized commercialization of research results. Relying on its years’ technical accumulation and business innovation, the company has become one of the many national standards setters and industrial specifications preparers and drafters in China.

President Fang Fei and Chairman Dong You of the Beijing Zhufu Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the Beijing Park Zone of the Zhufu Anti-seismic Park at 13:30.

 In order to better realize an alliance between giants and mutual benefits, our institute and the Zhufu Group will be engaged in collaborations in such fields as talent exchange, technical cooperation, project cooperation, marketing, resource integration, etc. during the cooperation period. Both parties will establish multi-level cooperation modes like general managerscommunication mechanism, communication mechanism among managers in charge of business development, regular communication mechanism among business development departments, etc.

 Located in Beijing Shijingshan District, , the Zhufu Groupwas found in 1955 as an international engineering technology company offering service of construction comprehensive renovation industrial integration,with anti-seismic constructions as the core plus services. With dozens of years’ development and expansion, it has seven enterprises, three of which have the Class-A accreditation: Class-A for engineering design (certificate No.: A111000375), Class-A for engineering supervision (certificate No.: JGJQ 021123) and Class-A for engineering pricing consultation (certificate No.: J-021100434). It covers multiple major businesses in the construction industry, including architectural design, anti-seismic technology, energy conservation investment, additional-layer development, etc.
