He said that the current Sino-British cooperative relationship was increasingly close. On the topic of development, UK is the first industrialized country in the world and the first country to propose the concept of deindustrialization and regenerated city. So it has many shareable experiences. In the long-term process of industrialization and deindustrialization, UK has accumulated rich experiences in creation and identification of urban planning design. He believes that cooperation of UK and Changchun could help Changchun tap its potential to be the economic and cultural center of Northeast China.
