Ok, so we’ve got a nice fresh new look for The iPhone Guru on the iPad, which you may be noticing as we speak if you’re browsing the site on one. The fine folks at Brave New Code have done it again as it’s a nice, sleek way to browse the site and gives you easy access to the archives, popular posts and more. If you’re an iPad user, be sure to check it out and let me know what you think! Note that this is only for The iPhone Guru so far, The iPad Guru will be getting it’s own facelift soon!

The landscape view uses the standard iPad split screen to give you access to all of the sites sections on the left and leaves a nice wide reading column on the right. This frees you from having to scoot around the site looking for the archives page or search bar.

In vertical mode you’ve still got near instant access to the sections of the site through the buttons near the top of the screen.

In addition to all of the sections you can jump to a list of the newest posts on The iPhone Guru by tapping ‘Blog’ and choosing Recent from the buttons at the top.

The Popular button will take you to the most commented or viewed articles on the site. If you want to see what other people are finding interesting on the site, check here!

Last but not least, remember that you can install The iPhone Guru to your home screen for easy access! It will show up on your springboard just like any other app and you can move it or launch it as you would any app downloaded from the App Store.
